1The foam scrap chips cutting machine is suitable for upholstery, sofa, mattress, toy, separate packing material production.
2.The machine is mostly used to cut the recycled material into regular pieces so that the waste material can be fully reutilized. The processed material can be used in foam reproduction or to be filling stuff.
3.To make full use of waste materials: foam, sponge, non-woven cloth, glue-spray cotton, pleated cotton.
4. The cutting tool is made in German and the blade is very shape and durable. The waste material can put into machine directly.
5.The traditional way of processing waste material is to tear or shred the materials into irregular pieces with much powder raising; while EFFS-2 adopt the advanced technical to instead of shredds scrap foam into irregular shapes or size ,chips cutting can cut foam into regular pieces for cusion stuffing,No dust during processing, good to health & environment.
The processed materials are in high quality and have extra-value (For example: the reproduced foam is very flexible and in low cost).
